The NFI Officer is in charge of the implementation of NFI activities in Tokar, Red Sea state including planning and management of distributions, supporting monitoring and evaluation, Besides, he/she will be responsible for documenting project lessons and good practices as well as compliance with LMI policies.
Duties and responsibilities:

Program and implementation:
Following up on project activities and ensuring that project implementation is in line with technical guidelines, LMI policy, and donor standards and as per the project plan and objective to be achieved in a timely and quality-required manner.
In coordination with the Project Coordinator, plan, implement, and monitor NFI activities & coordinate with the felid team, the transportation of the kits, and monitor stock utilization.
Coordinating with the MEAL team and sharing the lists of beneficiaries to start the verification and cross-check process and informing them of the required information during and after the implementation of the activities.
Liaise and coordinate with the MEAL staff, informing the team about the distribution plans and making sure to receive and review the MEAL reports.
Follow up on the completion of the distribution process for the non-food items, inform stakeholders, ensure that all distributions are carried out in a timely and effective manner, and ensure the safety and protection of beneficiaries according to the distribution guidelines.
In coordination with the Project Coordinator, organize all required actions for distributions such as coordination, assessments, planning…etc.
Ensure that the integration of cross-cutting issues such as environment, gender, children, GBV) and other vulnerable groups are considered in the program implementation.
Submit weekly reports to the line manager on all activities, achievements, problems, and challenges.
Document, report, and maintain supportive documents for the project's activities (assessment, registration lists, distribution records, payment requests, etc.) in line with LMI guidelines.
Provide support to post-distribution monitoring PDM exercises in coordination with MEAL team colleagues.
Performing any other tasks that may be requested by the direct manager.
Logistics and Finance:
Monitor the stocks and coordinate with the logistics staff, and the warehouse security unit for the improvement of the warehouse condition and management to mitigate any risks.
Close collaboration with the logistics and procurement department, initiate the procurement process for project deliverables and facilitate the timely supply of the kits for field operations.
Ensure distribution plans are prepared and shared with logistics in a timely manner.
Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
Essential
Bachelor degree in Development, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Social, Sciences or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
professional experience in the above fields with at least for 2 - 3 years.
