The Roving Accountability Coordinator will ensure effective functioning of RI Accountability system through technical leading and managing accountability activities at country level. He/She will be responsible for planning, monitoring, coordinating and reporting accountability activities for the country program. He/She will work under the technical supervision of the National MEAL Manager

1. Coordinating preparation /Updating of monthly or quarterly accountability action plans
2. Planning and facilitating monthly community accountability and dialogue meetings
3. Coordinating RI’s feedback and complaints response mechanism (FCRM)
4. Developing and distributing accountability and information
5. Coordinating the conduct of regular community awareness sessions on RI FCRM
6. Providing weekly update of community feedback and complaint tracker
7. Managing documentation of all FCRM documents on RI’s online system
8. Ensuring proper tracking and timeliness of response to the received feedback and complaints.
9. Consolidating and sharing monthly feedback and complaints (CFM) reports
10. Identifying learning needs of RI staff and local partners on accountability and preparing training/learning materials, and facilitating learning sessions
11. Providing fully custody of RI toll-free line and phone set
12. Providing technical supervision to state-based Accountability Officers
13. Ensuring proper collection and management of FCRM data collection tools and the collected data in RI data systems.
14. Liaising with the National MEAL Manager and the MEAL Coordinators to oversee tracking and responses to received feedback and complaints.
15. Supporting all RI visibility activities as requested

Perform other related duties as may be requested by the Supervisor 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, project management, monitoring and evaluation or other relevant fields.

Experience 

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar or MEAL related role with at least one year experience in an international NGO
• Knowledge of Health, Nutrition, WASH, FSL, and protection programming 
• Demonstrated experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning
• Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and reporting 
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Good working knowing of Microsoft package (Excel, Word, and PPT)
• Familiarity with data management systems and analysis software (such as SPSS) and mobile data collection is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and working level fluency in English
