MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Language skills:
Strong command of writing and editing documents in English and Arabic
Education degree:
At least a Bachelor's degree in mental health sciences, psychology, counselling or social sciences from a recognized institution.
A postgraduate or Master's degree is desirable.
Work experience:
- At least 2 years of work experience in logistics/administrative fields, experience with INGO is preferable INGOs is preferable.
Professional Experience:
- At least three years of experience in conducting psychosocial support activities
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of IASC guidance of mental health and psychosocial support services in humanitarian settings
- Experience in conducting assessments (stand-alone or multisectoral)
- Experience in carrying out and supervising MHPSS-related training at different scales with different partners and stakeholders
- Experience in providing MHPSS services to GBV survivors is an asset
