Duties and responsibilities: Job Summary: The role of the PM II Grants Manager is to provide support to Budget Managers for sub-grants to partners and manage the program grants. The PM II Grants Manager will closely work with partner program and finance staff and follow up the timely clearing of liquidation and reimbursement documents, advance requests and quarter cash forecast request. S/he will strengthen partner’s grant management capacity, improve communication and enhance effective delivery of program implementation.  Roles and Key Responsibilities:

 Required Languages – Fluent written and spoken English is required; fluent written and spoken Arabic is preferred. Travel - Must be able and willing to travel in Sudan up to 25%, including remote field locations  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
