Duties and responsibilities: The Finance & HR Officer will be responsible for overseeing financial management and human resources assignments within the Emergency Joint Response Project (JR5) in Kassala location. He/she will ensure compliance with financial regulations, and manage budgetary allocations, Additionally, he/she will oversee human resources activities, including recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and procedures, to support the effective implementation of project objectives in alignment with organizational policies and donor requirements.
