Duties and responsibilities: The Warehouse and Assets Management Assistant – Kassala Program Area will ensure?The Warehouse and Assets Management Assistant will ensure that the receipt and shipment of goods are conducted according to procedures, participate in inventory checks, and assist with asset management tasks such as creating asset plans, valuations, inventory checks, and disposals. This role is vital for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of warehouse operations and asset management in the Kassala Program Area. The position involves overseeing?This role involves managing the daily operations of the warehouse, including stock handling, organizing inventory, and maintaining accurate records of stock movements. Additionally, the role encompasses asset management responsibilities such as tagging, recording, monitoring, and controlling assets, ensuring compliance with Plan International’s policies and Government of Sudan regulations. Essential criteria for this role include?Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in warehouse management, preferably in a corporate, UN, or NGO environment. Proficiency in English, technical knowledge in procurement services, and strong communication skills are essential.
