UPO is Sudanese national organization that has been established in 2009 and working since 2010. UPO seeks to build peace in Sudan through conflict mitigation and reconciliation, inspiring and furnishing the local communities with sufficient and life changing skills to capacitate and empower their living. We see a more peaceful and socio-economically and politically advanced Sudan.

UPO have received funding from multiple donors and is currently implementing many projects in North, South, East and Central Darfur States. The rapid growth in UPO program has necessitated the organization to carry out a significant restructuring of its workforce including recruitment of new staff in numerous positions created to improve service delivery to the beneficiaries.
UPO seeks to contract a competent, well-organized individual recruitment specialist to support the organization in screening, interviewing and placing potentially qualified candidates to fill vacant position within the organization based on the already advertised positions. The individual will as well keep up to date on local hiring laws and regulations.
Objectives of the assignment: The objective of this assignment is to design a standard recruitment tools such as shortlist forms, interview question, answer/grading guides, interview schedules, and will carry out actual selection of suitable individuals to be contracted for implementation of UPO programmes as project staff. |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: The contractor will have not less than 5 years’ experience in hiring/ human resource management or Public Administration jobs.
