Background:
Produce high-quality Information Management products and assessments as required and in line with the Cash activity program.
Manage and train the enumerators.
Ensure accurate data collection, management, and data protection.
Maintain positive and constructive relationships with external stakeholders – in particular, service providers in the sites – through timely and accurate data provision and diffusion of high-quality IM productsoThe Information Management Assistant is responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing and disseminating site information to service providers. Under the supervision of the CVA Project Officer will support the ongoing daily coordination of information needed for all site management activities and the development of IM tools.

Duties and responsibilities:
Project Follow-Up and Monitoring
Ensure Data collection Storage, analysis and dissemination is in line with Acted data’s protection policy.
Conduct regular quality control of collected Data and conduct random spot check.
Ensure proper filling of project documentation both Hard and Soft Copies
Support the CVA project Assistant and CVA project officer in assessing and monitoring data and Information systems to improve the accuracy and analysis of implementation sites.
Provide quick analysis of activities implemented (demographic, geographic, etc.) to the project Officer and Project assistant, to help the decision making.
Referrals
Maintain and update the contact list of Sites Management Actors at Area level.
Support Cash and Voucher Officer to verify and onboard beneficiaries of the project. This will focus on the mobilization of eligible beneficiaries; physical verification and registration, including collection and confirmation of key data relevant to cash transfers.
Support Cash and Voucher Assistant and Officer to provide accountability to all relevant stakeholders. This will include support for the project feedback and response mechanism, external monitoring etc.
Ensure minutes are taken and disseminated to partners.
Human Resources
Manage and Train enumerators teams for quality data collection.
Ensure quality data collection exercises.
Manage and Train local partners enumerators to ensure standard quality of data collected in line with Acted’s principles
Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
At least 6-months – 1 year working experience in Information Management / administration of data using computers for an NGO (Nation or International)
University degree
Proficient skills with the Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. particularly MS Excel);
Experience using ODK/KOBO for quantitative data collection;
Fluency in speaking and written Arabic;
Good in speaking and written English;
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn;
Ability to operate in a cross-cultural environment requiring flexibility;
Ability to work independently;
Strong attention to details;
Does not reside in the sites.ÂÂ
