Action Against Hunger is an international humanitarian organization committed to ending child hunger. We work in over 40 countries around the world, helping over 9 million people every year.
Background: The Safety and Access Officer (SAAO) will ensure the effectiveness of the Safety and Access department in the field. The SAAO will advise on security-related policies and courses of action, make recommendations, and provide support for integrating security considerations into BN programs. Additionally, the SAAO will liaise with local authorities in BN to facilitate the work and movement of ACF staff. The SAAO will also facilitate the implementation of ACF Safety and Security Policy and Standards within programs, driving systemic change in the quality of safety and security management. |
