Duties and responsibilities:

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: Education Desirable, degree in finance, business or administration related studies.
Experience Essential, working experience of at least two years in relevant jobs Preferable, travel administration experience Preferable, experience with MSF or other NGOs in developing countries
Languages Essential, English & Arabic languages
Knowledge Essential, computer literacy (word, excel, internet) Preferable, experience with Homère or other HR Information System (HRIS)
