Background: General: The Human Resources/Operations Manager will develop and administer all human resource initiatives and provide HR support to all departments. They will also be responsible for the office and operations management of the organization. By developing and implementing various systems and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, clients, and internal staff, the Human Resources/Operations Manager will help The Carter Center to function effectively and efficiently. |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: Experience and technical competencies: (include years of experience) Minimum 4 years' working experience in Human Resourcesand Operations with INGOs, UN agency and/or business sector. Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge/experience of Human Resources Management principles, concepts & processes Extensive knowledge on local labor law Experience in developing Human Resources strategies and policies, and driving implementation Experience using an online system for recruitments Excellent knowledge of ERP system. Education: (include certificates, licenses etc.) University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Social Sciences Languages: (indicate fluency level) Full professional proficiency in English Core Competences: Striving for excellences, taking the lead, demonstrating integrity, and Communication.
