- Procurement Management
- Oversee each stage of the procurement procedures, ensuring meticulous adherence to the purchase cycle and compliance with TGH Logistics Procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill procurement requirements.
- Lead the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating contracts, and selecting suppliers.
- Manage supplier relationships, conduct performance evaluations, and secure favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.
- Stock Management:
- Follow up the stocks of all goods and materials and check the inventories.
- Ensure the Monthly report on time
- Ensure the Inventory report send to the logistics coordinator on time
- Maintain and update the state parks monthly
- Make physical check to the assets and report them to logistics coordinator
- Supervise the loading / offloading of goods and materials
- Follow up the trucks and report their destinations
- Supervise and update the stock cards, Bin Cards, release order
- Ensure the safeguard to all the materials in the store and ware house
- Ensure the fuel ordered and stored in proper place

- Make physical check to the warehouse.

- Supervise Vehicle and Maintenance
- Supervise the state of TGH vehicles, including managing their insurance and registration, and ensure timely implementation of preventive maintenance measures.
- Provide separate file for legal document of the vehicle,
- Ensure the log book, fuel, maintenance of vehicle is in the place
- Ensure the generators and electricity is well working
- Make sure the functioning of the Internet, V-sat and communication devices are well working and maintained in good condition.
- Maintain the VHF, HVF and Thuraya equipment and keep them in safe place with record.
-Oversee the tracking, maintenance, and utilization of organizational assets.
-Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to asset management.
-Supervise and manage the transportation and distribution of goods.
-Ensure the preparation of comprehensive packing lists, waybills (WB), and other required documents to facilitate smooth transportation.
-Track and trace shipments, providing real-time information on the movement of goods.
- Lead and manage the logistics team under their supervision, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Allocate tasks, set performance expectations, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Recommend training programs to the Logistics Coordinator aimed at improving the skills and capabilities of the team.
1-Oversee the preparation and maintenance of accurate records for procurement, logistics, asset management, transportation, and staff management transactions.
2-Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management
9-Follow training plans and logistics staff appraisal
- Train the local staff on all logistics or management aspects.

- Insure that training planning are on process and that each logistics staff is on progress.
Any other tasks may be required for the running of the base and the projects.
- Participate actively in the training courses recommended by TGH, and share new skills and knowledge with his/ her team or colleagues
- Take a proactive stance to identify areas requiring development and tailor training as appropriate.
- Through supervision and training, enable TGH staff to take on greater role in the the performance of their tasks throughout the programme
- Ensure that capacity-building activities are implemented properly at field level
- Co-operate in the supervision of partner organizations according to TGH partnership agreements
