Job Summary: The Senior Security Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of CRS Country Program staff, facilities, and assets. The Senior Security Manager coordinates with the Country Program’s country leadership, and directly supervises the Ethiopia Security Manager and Sudan Security Manager to provide technical leadership and oversight on all matters related to the health, security and safety of CRS personnel and assets.
The Senior Security Manager is responsible for coaching and mentoring the two national Security Managers (Ethiopia and Sudan) in developing, updating, maintaining, disseminating, and ensuring staff compliance with the Country Program Security Plan (FSP) as well as security and safety policies, procedures and advisories for all CRS Country Program staff. The Sr. Security Manager provides strategic guidance and recommendations in the field of Health Safety and Security, in close coordination with the East Africa regional Safety and Security Advisor (RSSA).
Location: Telecommuting from home location, with significant travel to both country programs. |

Travel– Must be willing and able to travel at least 60% of the time to Sudan and Ethiopia.
