Muslim Aid is a faith-based British international charity that provides help to people who are victims of natural disasters, conflict or suffering from poverty, hunger, disease and illiteracy. It was established in the United Kingdom in 1985 in response to the drought in the Horn of Africa. Muslim Aid's Sudan Country office (MASCO) was set up in 1991 in response to the strategic need and to enable the continuation of effective aid work in the country. Currently, Muslim Aid is implementing projects in Kassala, Central Darfur and Red Sea State , Algazieera State , Gdarief State in Sudan.

To provide functional and technical Human Resource Management support and implement operational plans to enhance the project’s performance through people.

 Duties and responsibilities:

•Applies policies and procedures in respect of MA policies and processes. •Prepares registration of employees to Social insurance & Tax office & related payments on monthly basis. •Assures payrolls, salary administration and final submission of payment slips to finance. •Prepare and insure all staff has the appropriate contract and personal files are kept up-to-date at all time. •Monitors all paid and unpaid leaves of staff by adequate reporting in the system. •Makes sure files are in coherence with HR guidelines and in line with country legislation. •Prepares certificates and other HR documents when needed. •Provide translation to HR documents if needed. •Prepares all correspondence with partners (authorities, tax offices, Ministry of Labor etc.). •Makes sure all main HR documents are available, translated and understood by staff at all levels. •Assist in the implementation of the HR support functions in accordance with given action plans. •Assist in the updating of personnel files and files, including contracts, leave, illness, assessments, etc. and ensure their archiving. •Provide support in recruitment processes when needed, including advertisements, filling applications, summoning of candidates, organization of interview locations etc. •Receive, distribute and save emails, documents and reports, HR, administrative and financial documents in accordance with procedures. •Following up on timesheets and monthly HR reports from/with field offices.

 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

•BSc or Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field. •Good knowledge of the Sudan Labour legislations. •At least 3 years’ relevant experience prefer within INGO •Proficient in employee relation matters. •Able to communicate well with all levels of people. •Good report writing skills.
