• Reviews and assesses the day-to-day financial needs and ensures adequate and timely replenishment of funds.
• Handel the petty cash and controls cash in safe and Posts transactions into the computerized accounting system on daily basis.
• Reconciles bank book balance with bank statements and keep the reports in file.
• Reconciles cash book and prepare daily and monthly cash counts reports and keep in file.
• Prepares payments and journal vouchers and ensures adequate supporting documents for all financial transactions.
•  Review all vouchers and documents to ensure validity of payment.
• Maintain proper filing of vouchers and backup documents and safe storage of cheque books and banking documents.
•  Arranges and maintains financial documents for auditing purposes
• To Meet deadlines for all given tasks. 
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Business administration. 
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of Computer applications in Excel, Word and any relevant system to finance and accountability.
