To be responsible for company's success at deals and deployment, identification of new business opportunities, through developing & maintaining long‐term
relationships with clients, understanding market trends, and developing new markets & business plans & satisfied customers. To expand the footprint of the
business portfolio and to ensure the organization remains competitive and maximize it's projected revenue and market share and resolve any customers' issues

 Duties and responsibilities:

Strategic Planning
Develop strategies and roadmaps for sales for company projects & products and secure more business relations, more sales & revenue for
the company.

New Business Opportunities
Analyze potential & existing markets, carry out market research in order to identify business opportunities & ensure providing competing
services to customers.

Project Management:
Prepare presentations, proposals and offers for customers requests & requirements. Manage requests, resources, budget & solve problems
related to customers issues & requirements related to DDC's scope of services.

Relationship Management
Establish customer‐base relations & its management database, develop & maintain good customers relationship for the future growth of the
company. Establish good relation with stakeholders which might include companies' leads, project managers, financial staff,...

Deals Management
Follow up on the customers requirements & needs, follow with the design/construction for proposals & offers, complete the deal with the
customer, prepare & sign contract & initiate the projects with the PMO. Arrange & follow up on payments with the customers.

Financial Planning:
Analyze the opportunities, customers requests, completed deals & provide financial reports to the managements for the existing & potential
businesses & generated revenues.

Customers' Oriented:
Provide regular follow up with clients/customers on their request/proposal; by providing solutions to them & follow their issues. Provide
regular visits to customers planed or unplanned for follow up.

Liaise with projects architects/constructionís managers to prepare initial cost and time estimates for clients approval as well as maintain
effective communication with the project external/internal stakeholders through out the project lifecycle in order to gain their buy in &
support in addition to enhancing department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different
requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

Formal Qualifications & Certification:

BSC in Civil Engineering, Architecture Or Equivalent

Certification in business development field

Experience (Background, Track Record & Geographical Exposure ‐ Regional/Global)

5-10 years of work experience in professional field
