Follow up on the customers requirements & needs, follow with the design/construction for proposals & offers, complete the deal with the
customer, prepare & sign contract & initiate the projects with the PMO. Arrange & follow up on payments with the customers.
Analyze the opportunities, customers requests, completed deals & provide financial reports to the managements for the existing & potential
businesses & generated revenues.
Provide regular follow up with clients/customers on their request/proposal; by providing solutions to them & follow their issues. Provide
regular visits to customers planed or unplanned for follow up.
Liaise with projects architects/constructionís managers to prepare initial cost and time estimates for clients approval as well as maintain
effective communication with the project external/internal stakeholders through out the project lifecycle in order to gain their buy in &
support in addition to enhancing department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different
requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
