Review ToRs for project evaluations and participate reviewing in quotations from consultants.
Review and sign off project evaluation reports
Capacity Building of local partners
Build capacity of IAS staff in MEAL.
Build capacity of IAS partner organisations in MEAL.
On request from the PM, attend collaboration/sector coordination meetings.
Identify and recommend networks, consortia, or organisations for possible collaborations.
On request from the CD or the PM, represent IAS in formal and contractual matters relating to government departments and services.
Identification of Local Partners
On request from PM, make assessments of existing and potential local partner organisations.
Perform any other duties as assigned by managment.
Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

Education: Minimum education required to fulfil this job is Bachelor degree in related field.
Experience: Minimum years of experience required to fulfil this job and in what field:
2 years working in same position in Monitoring and Evaluation Position in an International Organisation
Additional certifications needed as a minimum required: M&E, Research& Data analysis
Knowledge: Minimum knowledge required to fulfil this job: Must have a good understanding of MEAL systems, theory of change and must have had experience setting up an M&E system in an NGO.
Be a good writer with great.
Be able to adjust to change and manage change.
Be able to provide support to the programmes team and other departments.
Be able to manage tasks and follow through to their completion.
Have excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Be able to build and maintain good relationships with donors, government, staff and other CSOs
