The Clint Response Officer will be responsible for assisting the project staff in facilitating and organizing the feedback and complaint mechanisms for IRC projects in Khartoum. The Clint Response assistance will ensure the implementation of the feedback and complaint mechanisms agreed upon by IRC and the donor. The Clint Response assistance will ultimately be responsible for ensuring that the feedback and complaint mechanisms are culturally appropriate, accessible, and efficient. The Clint Response Officer is responsible for managing The Clint Response Mechanisms of the key components of IRC programs that include health and nutrition; water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH); CP and WPE. |
