 Background:

To support in the planning and the Implementation of plans and project activities, starting with the initial plans and until the end of the project (closing).



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Implement all the project related plans and activities.
  • Support the Programs Manager/Officer in developing plans, schedules and, Budgets.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with the participants and the different project stakeholders.
  • Report on the project progress, status, phase and all other important information, in addition to promptly reporting any issues that arise.
  • Handle all the administrative responsibilities for the projects and support the development of all related project documents.
  • Organize, attend different meetings and record minutes throughout The period of the project.
  • Monitor and collect indicators and patterns with regards to the projects and participants.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
 

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Other Departments Managers & staff
  • Vendors/ Suppliers.
  • Participants
  • Consultants/ Instructors.

FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY: 

  • Project Coordinator can only recommend his/ her direct supervisor of the possible decisions can be made in his/ her related job duties. No budgets under control.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Experience in Coordinating projects or programs in a Business or entrepreneurship environment.

Skills:

  • Organizational Skills
  • Proficiency in MS excel, word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent English proficiency

COMPETENCIES:

  • Communicate effectively
  • Detail oriented.
  • Customer Focus.
