Background: This position will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of Concern’s WASH and other infrastructure related interventions in West Darfur and ensure compliance with humanitarian standards and delivering high quality WASH and other Infrastructure inputs in accordance with programme plans and budgets. This shall be done in collaboration/consultation with the Area Coordinator, Programme Managers, WASH and Engineering Advisors in HQ. Key activities will include providing technical design, oversight and quality control, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the hardware component, training and on-the-job coaching of staff, ensuring programme is delivering as per international and Concern standards, supporting procurement matters for programme implementation |
