Duties and responsibilities:

Support housekeeping & building maintenance of company site to ensure they are as per HSE Standards.

Ensure office equipment is available.

Responsible for staff travel by carry out bookings of flights & hotel accommodation for employees and visitors by coordinating with the relevant service provider according to company policy to arrange for travel / accommodation, pickup etc. to ensure all travel & accommodation arrangements support business needs are available.

Responsible of the visitors and employees local or expat entry / exit Visa, renew annual resident and all related government requirements.

Responsible of the accommodation arrangement for staff and visitors.

Produce formal company letters including letters to embassies for visas, company certificate renew process (health certificate, license, registration, etc.), to ensure business activities are carried out smoothly & employee needs satisfied.

Monitor, supervise company stationery supplies request / consumption and request the monthly needed stationery for the company use in addition to close monitoring for consumption.

Responsible for buffet management and monthly supplies, materials and staff in addition to organize all internal event’s (training, workshops, meeting’s, etc).

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

Education: Business Administration
-
Experience: 1 - 3 years' experience in administration .

Skills: Communication, Negotiation, attention to details, problem solving & Microsoft productivity

Language: English and Arabic
