Duties and responsibilities: ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES · Works with the field office staff, and Communications team in designing and implementing a communications strategy for the overall project, including the use of traditional and social media. · Manage field office communications, arrange appointments, and help in organizing meetings/events and maintaining calendars. · Coordinates and develops new content for the CIPE website and internal fortnightly reports. This includes event summaries, publication descriptions, and articles highlighting project successes. · Identifies and develops connections to knowledge management outlets for ongoing initiatives and projects. · Prepares social media toolkits and other digital content for key project launches, as well as updates to the materials. · Writes and creates updates to relevant websites and social media pages, including those related to the Sudan Anticorruption Resource Center. · Provides layout and design support for posters and communications products. Output includes briefs, infographics, factsheets, case studies, convening outputs, and Research-to-Action plans.
