Background: Danish Refugee Council (DRC), one of the world’s leading humanitarian NGOs, is currently looking for a highly qualified Shelter & Infra Assistant for its operations in Sudan. DRC has been present in Sudan since 2004 working across 4 area offices covering both immediate humanitarian needs but also engages in longer term development activities. About the job Under the supervision of the Shelter and Infrastructure Team Leader, the assistant supports the routine and daily administration of the Shelter and Infrastructure projects, including supporting organizing and supervising teams, guidance and mentoring of construction teams, design of appropriate interventions and overseeing in Gedaref state, principally Um Raquba and Tunaydba refugee camps. |

Operations Leading the effective implementation of support activities related to the effective implementation of the program, including in terms of logistics, administration, human resources, finance and security. In all matters, comply with internal directive and policies as communicated by the Shelter and Infrastructure Manager. |
