Duties and responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office with a positive attitude and excellent looking form. from identifying and hosting the potential clients, to communicating between departments staff and completing multi-level tasks in professional manner which will include: -Answer phone and direct calls with a positive attitude and energetic performance -Creating schedules and appointments priorities as per the work requirements. -Ensure time sensitive documents are completed, approved and delivered on time. |
