Duties and responsibilities:

Implement Safety plans and programs.
-
Improve employee participation on Safety management system according to ISO 45001:2018.

Full responsible of the ISO 45001:2018 documented information issuance, modification and update and make sure the current version at the point of use the hard copy or dedicated share folder and retrieved and maintain one copy for preservation of info.

Follow up a contract risk register, reviewing H&S risks and escalating where appropriate.

Carry out suitable risk assessment and define the required control measures.

Maintain the interaction with Quality documented information and get the section head informed with required actions to be addressed.

Follow up interested parties needs and expectations, monitoring the actions required and escalating where appropriate. As well as follow up, when appropriate any risk or opportunities raised accordingly.

Coordinate the emergency plan all concerned parties understood, and effectively followed and emergency drills carried out properly.

Carry out daily reviews of current work practices on all locations in order to ensure planned and agreed control measure in place.

Full responsible of the camp hygiene and carry out the necessary inspections including the received food items, kitchen, dining halls.

Participate in incidents reporting, investigation, and share the corrective action with all concerned parties, achieving the safety KPIs of the department and monitoring the overall Safety KPIs.

Make sure all process control chart maintained on daily basis & follow up quality surveys either through contractor or internally as carried out required analysis when required.

Participate in the internal audit of the Quality management system.

Lead analysis of process KPIs, maintain required documents, and follow up data through designed software system.

Contribute in analysis of data for management review meeting by collecting and organizing data for analysis of trend and pattern of the safety management system.

Maintain strong and positive working relationships with related departments.

Implementation of company procedures so that all relevant procedural / legislative requirements fulfilled.

Perform any other tasks on the job as maybe assigned by the superior from time to time as the needs arise.
