• Overall responsibility for all applications to Tobacco Regulatory Board and BAT standards on all applications and ensure are fulfilled according to its requirements.
• Review and give the comments all the design and Diagrams submitted by the contractor and ensure are followed during the construction and the installation with the engineering manager supervision and approval.
• Review and give the comments regards all the materials under approval to the engineering manager.
• Monitor project implementation in the targeted project tasks on daily basis and ensure its progressing within the project time plan.
• Report any deviation on the project time frame or scope details.
• Responsible of all capital expenses made according to its scope and standards.
• Support to all contractor's engineers’ projects and provide them with all requirements and sources.
• Weekly /Monthly report for project activities and contractor worker utilization to the engineering manager.
• Report all the contractor’s requests and complaints to the engineering manager. Prepare timetable and time estimation for phases of the project under implementation.
• Analysis requests for engineering works, carry out assessments and prepare reports recommendations for follow up action to the engineering manager.
• Inspect the project site to ensure compliance with plans, specifications and policies.
• Prepare the documentation and the records for the project during implementation phases and changes phases.

*Minimum Qualification:

• BSC.degree in Mechanical Engineering.

*Skills and Experience Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in project managements.
• Ability to control upon capital expenditure projects.
• General team leading skills by giving them to show their utmost performance.
• Demonstrated computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office, including Access and Excel, and web-based information management tools required.
