Background: Under direct supervision of Logistic Coordinator the Admin/ Archivist is responsible for managing the archiving system for all logistic documentations and administrative documents for purchase files including purchases completed at Khartoum, or at base level. |

Duties and responsibilities: Responsibilities and related tasks Admin/Archivist follows TGH archiving system procedures. Manages scanning and photocopying related to all purchases. He/she represents TGH with professionalism, honesty and commitment.
Classifications/Archiving of Purchase Files
Coordination with other Departments and Field Teams
Electronic Archiving of Purchase file
Participates in all logistics activities
Any other tasks which may be required for the smooth operation of the projects Capacity-building
