 Background:

  • All aspects necessary to achieve and exceed his region sales distribution and budget.
  • To contribute to continuous growth of profit by achieving maximum sales through an effective group of branch teams. This means all branch staff as the one team.
  • Ensure that all development is planned and executed in efficient and profitable manner to ensure the maintenance and improvement of the position of the company and its brand portfolio.


 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Supervises the day-to-day operations of sales to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.

  • Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
  • Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate reports of sales to meet Savola and department requirements, policies and standards
  • Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

 


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • 6 years’ relevant experience preferable in FMCG
  • Arabic & English language
