Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Education - Master’s degree in relevant field is preferred. Work Experience: - At least 5 years of relevant experience working on monitoring and evaluation with humanitarian organizations. - Experience in project management with managerial and operational skills - Strong data management and analysis skills, including ability to establish data management platforms. - Previous experience collaborating with technical staff preferred. - Works well in and promotes teamwork, comfortable in a multi-cultural environment, flexible and able to handle pressure with professional grace. - Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. - . Demonstrated Skills and Competencies: - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Arabic language skills preferred. - Familiarity with the political, social, cultural, humanitarian and donor context of Sudan is ideal. Language Skills: - Fluency in Arabic and good in English, both written and spoken, required. Certificates or Licenses: None |
