Background: The purpose of this role is to support Sudan country program in managing the entire recruitment processes and ensure that all selection is documented and recruitment manager’s on board during the recruitment process. His/her role is ensure that all position are filled timely manner in order to continuity of emergency response. The HR Officer (recruitment) is charged with finding the most qualified candidates and ensuring that local qualified people are aware of all IRC vacancies in Gedaref and Khartoum. He/she will be responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and ensure vacancies are spread over across Gedaref/Khartoum through multiple sources |

Duties and responsibilities:
Internal: This position requires close collaboration with HR Officer in Kharoum and Gedaref, HR Manager in Khartoum, Head of department from each sector, all hiring managers in Khartoum and Gedaref External: This position will require close collaboration with a wide variety of candidates, schools/universities, other INGOs, and INGO networks |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field or equivalent professional experience. Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience in recruitment/HR role required; experience in an international NGO context desired
