Chemonics International is hiring for a new USAID program that aims to support civil society organizations and independent media to advance key transition priorities. The implementation of this program requires a highly integrated and dynamic team approach to creative, coordinated, and effective program implementation in order to meet the program’s objectives.


 Duty Station: Khartoum
 Closing Date: 01 Feb 2021

 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors to the TNS office, ensuring they complete the visitor logbook
  • Communicates the arrival of any unexpected or unwelcome visitors to the security manager and operations manager
  • Fills catering requests for program lunches and events
  • Supports project staff as required with copying, printing, and scanning
  • Serves as a notetaker in meetings as required
  • Other duties as assigned

 


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and exercise good, professional judgment required
  • Ability to effectively use computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Fluent Arabic and spoken English language skills required; strong English-language skills preferred
