 Duties and responsibilities:

  • You are expected to manage CC activities with the rest of the support team such as transport, facilities, shifts, agents, customer, performance and quality, IT, business KPIs … etc.

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 4 years as a manager or senior position within the CC industry or IT Operations
  • 1st or 2nd upper degree in a relevant degree
  • Strong management and leadership skills, business and finance, ICT technical skills.
