 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Expected to lead and direct the routine functions of the HR and Admin department including job design, organization structure, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, talent management and enforcing company policies and practices.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization’s management and its employees promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum years of experience 6
  • 1st or 2nd upper degree in relevant university program
  • Professional certification or in the process (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
