Duties and responsibilities: Job Summary You will offer assistance for the project and responses within the CRS Sudan Country Program by providing technical guidance for Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) during development and implementation. This will ensure that effective MEAL systems and processes are established to support high-quality programming aimed at advancing the mission of Catholic Relief Services (CRS) in serving the poor and vulnerable. Your capabilities and expertise related to MEAL will guarantee that the Country Program delivers high-quality programming and continually strives to enhance its impact. Together with the CP MEAL program Manager, you will also be the primary person accountable for guaranteeing the execution of the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) policy and procedures (MPP). Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: Basic Qualifications
Required Languages - Excellent command of English and Arabic is required. Travel – Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time to remote project sites. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
