JOB SUMMARY: The Officer, Liaison plays a key role in International Medical Corps efforts to facilitate structured engagement and strengthen relationship with government authorities. The Liaison Officer will support engagement and relationship building between International Medical Corps and the host government authorities including Local administrations and facilitate and guide efforts to build collaborative partnerships. The Liaison Officer will process all international staff and visitor’s visa and work residency permits that include all required steps followed by the immigration’s rules and regulations.
Facilitate all government liaison processes and communications such as following up on the Technical Agreements renewals, memorandum, Security permits, Visas program related/none-program related correspondences with government-concerned authorities; moreover, handling communications with government officials of different authorities in a way that best represent International Medical Corps and maintain good relationship with the government stakeholder. |
