 Background:

Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) Switzerland is an international non-governmental organization working in the field of medical care in Sudan. We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill in the position of Personnel Admin manager 



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • The Personnel Admin manager will directly report to the HR Coordinator in the mission.
  • Implementing policies, procedures, tools, standards and principles for all national staff in the mission
  • Advise management on legislation in force in Sudan 
  • Is responsible for the proper implementation and follow up of internal regulations and terms of employment contracts of all national staff 
  • Is responsible to ensure that all functions and job profiles at Mission level meet with the Mission’s function grid and Function Grid.
  • ensures regular administrative meetings with all staff throughout the mission and ensures internal communication with staff 
  • Ensure that National Staff remuneration and benefits meet with the Mission’s salary grid 
  • Ensure that MSF, as an employer, as well as all MSF employees comply with safety and risk prevention measures 
  • Monthly coordination and review of mission payroll 
  • Support in coordination for recruitments
  • Upon request maintain regular contact with ministries, national administrations, other MSF sections and other NGOs 
  • Support Human Resources Coordinator in all reporting tools 
  • Ensures an efficient filing system
  • ensures compliance with national legislation regarding employee taxes and social security at mission level

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources. 
  • 1-year experience in MSF projects in Soudan in Human Resources 
  • Full Proficiency in HR Information System (HRIS) software, Homere will be plus. 
  • Full Proficiency in the MS OFFICE suite 
  • NECESSARY SKILLS: Results and quality orientation, Proactivity, High sense of priorities and solving problems
  • Fluent in English and Arabic language. 
  • Extensive working knowledge of the Sudanese labour law, and the Humanitarian Sector in Sudan.
  • Commitment to MSF Principles.
