 Background:

Provide technical support to maintain the organization’s computer systems, both hardware and software and other peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity. In addition to regular monitoring of the company ERP system.



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Responding in a timely manner to  staff service issues and requests by providing technical support across the company via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Implement, monitor and upgrade computer anti-virus and malware protection systems.
  • Setup email accounts for new employees and manage existing emails in accordance with the company email policy.
  • Make sure that the company ERP system runs efficiently by coordinating externally with the ERP Vendor and internally with different departments.
  • Purchase IT peripherals for the company & Follow up with Suppliers and finance to settle the invoices.
  • Keep documentation for laptops, computers, printers and scanners for asset management operation purposes and monitor cartridges / toners supply level to ensure that backup quantities are always available.
  • Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
  • Ensuring that company data storage is safe and secure.
  • Install and configure wireless networking equipment

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Abachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant experiencein ITtechnical support.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office packages.
  • Experience with ODOO ERP Systems (preferable).
  • Advanced Computer Literacy knowledge - can look up computer specs, troubleshoot computer problems and repair software issues.
