 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Working in accordance with company procedures and rules,
  • Updating the existing personnel list preparation for payroll,
  • Entering and updating the missing data to the HR Information System (ERP, Payroll) systems.
  • Editing personal files, completing missing documents, transferring them to electronic environment,
  • Following the signature process of authorization forms, inserting signed forms into personal files and logging into the logo payroll system,
  • To follow the employee payroll records, to report and control them weekly,
  • Personnel Recruitment Process (creating advertisements, posting ads on portals, screening and responding to candidates, organizing and conducting interviews for all positions, offering job offers to approved candidates and following up the process of collecting documents, etc.),
  • Personnel Placement Process (To inform the candidate of the date of commencement and list of required documents, to order  company entrance card),
  • Filing the documents under his / her responsibility in electronic and physical environment.

 


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree - preferably in business administration
  • Minimum two years of experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Excellent Computer skills

  • Can communicate well, think analytically, focus on producing solutions, team player, organization development, analytical thinking business and social security law knowledge, Payroll calculation knowledge, coordination and tracking ability, self-motivated
