 Background:

The company is a leading supplier and service provider, offering a range of products and support services for clients of all types. The company operates in Sudan, United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, South Sudan, Uganda, Mali and United Kingdom and holds several contracts with NGO’s and United Nations in different countries for the supply of general goods and for the provision of catering, cleaning and transport services.

 

Job Purpose

Ensure the implementation of the company’s quality management system and Conduct staff trainings.

 



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Perform sites inspections and complete quality control checklist to ensure compliance with client agreements and acceptable performance
  • Report on non-conformities and follow up on needed corrective measures
  • Conduct staff trainings related to cleaning activities and safety
  • Handle distributions of supplies and monitor their use based on projects needs and set budgets
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to General Manager
  • Hold a shared responsibility with the Operations Manager for the recruitment of new service providers
  • Ensure the implementation of the company’s quality management system and provide feedback and support for regular improvement
  • Other duties as assigned GM

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • University Degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in similar position
  • Excellent Computer, MS Office skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Discretion and confidentiality
