 Background:

The company is a leading supplier and service provider, offering a range of products and support services for clients of all types. The company operates in Sudan, United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, South Sudan, Uganda, Mali and United Kingdom and holds several contracts with NGO’s and United Nations in different countries for the supply of general goods and for the provision of catering, cleaning and transport services.

 

 

Job Purpose

Conduct business development activities and ensure profitable relationships with customers

 



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Make new sales, presentations and quotations
  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers
  • Properly identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to clients
  • Coordinate and follow up with other departments to ensure that issues requiring interventions by others are properly resolved
  • Accurately document customer interactions
  • Reflect a positive and reliable image of the company and build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Initiate and follow up on customer satisfaction surveys; compile and generate reports to upper management
  • Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
  • Present invoices and follow up on collection
  • Monitor each project profit and loss
  • Hold a shared responsibility with the Operations Manager for the recruitment of new service providers
  • Ensure the implementation of the company’s quality management system and provide feedback and support for regular improvement
  • Other duties as assigned GM

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • University Degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position
  • Excellent Computer, MS Office skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Demonstrated resilience to handle difficult situations
  • Detail and quality oriented
