 Background:

We are seeking a talented General Manager tobe in charge of sustainable growth of the business.



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Conductflexibility to get projects off the ground and commitment to see them through
  • Constantly seek, develop and execute new ways we can bring the ‘working at our company to life
  • Proactively develop new ideas - big and small - to help and to eb added-value to our business
  • Build relationships with Marketing to gain visibility of upcoming campaigns and sponsorships that we can leverage for brand purposes
  • Work closely with the key stakeholders to develop, test and validate your ideas, then partner with the team as required to execute your new initiatives
  • As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for shaping our brand strategy
  • Initiate high priority and large-scale operational activities across the market, and actively contribute to cross-market strategic planning
  • Oversee local regulatory concerns and local policy
  • Build and develop strong relationships with senior cross-functional leaders including Marketing, Policy, software, Quality, Supply Chain and People Ops, in order to successfully drive the long-term growth.
  • Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities, presenting analysis, and recommending objectives.
  • Accomplishes objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; and making mid-course corrections.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Familiarity operating and experience in workforce strategy & management.
  • Analytical thinking. Data-driven mentality and strong business judgment.
  • Able to roll up your sleeves and analyze the data and pull key insights for your team.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in operationswith at least five leading teams of relevant dimension
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Able to build and manage strong relationships with their team, cross-functional colleague s, and external partners
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Able to communicate and listen effectively; great written, verbal and presentation skills
