 Background:

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead a team dedicated to driving performance marketing goals, including new customer growth and app installs. This is an opportunity to own Marketing for customer and app growth from start to end and to work with internal and external teams to make your vision a reality while driving measurable results that directly impact the company’s bottom line.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of an advertising program from planning, purchasing, implementation, and optimization to measurement. Additionally, this person will be responsible for setting the Marketing Technology roadmap for driving success within the advertising channel, including for app advertising campaigns. This person will develop monthly and quarterly program goals that ladder into the roadmap they’ve set for the year, providing visibility into ongoing work and program testing and optimization efforts.

Success in this role requires a bias for action, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to execute on a vision while motivating their team to do the same.



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage advertising channel to effectively meet company goals
  • Develop channel-level strategy and collaborate with internal teams and external partners (Marketing Technology, Creative, analytics, external vendors, etc.) to bring it to life
  • Identify, evaluate and manage appropriate tools and platforms to enable management and flawless execution of channel
  • Effectively manage program budget, providing clear basis for spend allocation.
  • Direct work of others to achieve program goals
  • Experience delivering first-to-market initiatives and testing new technologies, executing new ideas and initiatives

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • 4+ years of related experience with app marketing or online advertising including budget management
  • 2+ years of experience managing and developing a team of marketing professionals
  • Exceptional with Excel and manual data analysis
  • Strong knowledge of marketing metrics and optimization techniques
  • Experience with Branch or other Mobile Measurement Partner a plus
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functionally and communicate effectively with other areas of the business
  • Strong bias for action and experience in a high-paced, high-volume multi-tasking role and environment.
