 Background:

  • To supervise all personnel services to departmental customers at optimal cost, time and quality in order to achieve staff satisfaction and departmental objectives ..


 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise subordinates in all procedures related to compensation & benefits such as salary increases, promotions, transfer, monthly payroll processing, end of service entitlements and other staff benefits according to laws & policies.
  • Interpretation of HR policies & procedures to ensure a high standard of discipline, organization and transactional justice across the company.
  • Advise all company staff with policy & procedures to ensure that they all follows and comply with the legal requirements.
  • Ensure the implementation of a high quality HR services to all staff aligned with policy guidelines.
  • Build and maintain professional business relationships with all internal departments and external governmental bodies.
  • Oversee the registration and/or deletion formalities for all employees to ensure an up-to-date status in the organization of social insurance and correct payment of monthly contribution.
  • Follow up and update HR system and personnel records to ensure confidentiality, safe-keeping, accuracy and reliability of information and records. 
  • Coach, motivate and develop human resources operations team to ensure knowledge transfer, career progression and delivery at high levels of performance.
  • Gather, analyze and benchmark human resources operations data in order to highlight problem areas and recommend improvement plans.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  • Oversee the evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company objectives.
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
  • Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.  

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

Qualifications :-

  • Bachelor in business administration / Management.
  • MBA + CIPD/PHR/SHRM or any HR professional certification is preferable.

 

Experience :-

  • 8+ in a human resources and administration field.
