Duties and responsibilities:

Manage and supervise subordinates in all procedures related to compensation & benefits such as salary increases, promotions, transfer, monthly payroll processing, end of service entitlements and other staff benefits according to laws & policies.

Interpretation of HR policies & procedures to ensure a high standard of discipline, organization and transactional justice across the company.

Advise all company staff with policy & procedures to ensure that they all follows and comply with the legal requirements.

Ensure the implementation of a high quality HR services to all staff aligned with policy guidelines.

Build and maintain professional business relationships with all internal departments and external governmental bodies.

Oversee the registration and/or deletion formalities for all employees to ensure an up-to-date status in the organization of social insurance and correct payment of monthly contribution.

Follow up and update HR system and personnel records to ensure confidentiality, safe-keeping, accuracy and reliability of information and records.

Coach, motivate and develop human resources operations team to ensure knowledge transfer, career progression and delivery at high levels of performance.

Gather, analyze and benchmark human resources operations data in order to highlight problem areas and recommend improvement plans.

Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.

Oversee the evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions.

Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company objectives.

Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.

Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.
