 Background:

Impact Hub Khartoum prides itself on delivering efficient, effective solutions across a wide range of sectors. The key to our success is largely dependent on the stellar ability of our programs team. We’re currently searching for an experienced program manager to join our ranks. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural-born leader, you will have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization\'s strategic direction with a focus on capacity building programs for entrepreneurs, civil society, government, and SMEs, as well as creating and managing long term goals. You will also be in charge of developing budgets and operation plans for programs.



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of Impact Hub Khartoum
  • Design capacity building modules
  • Evaluate business training needs for startups and SMEs, as well as staff development and educational programs
  • Manage the development, implementation, and continuous improvements of training programs, including ongoing learning opportunities
  • Deliver virtual and live classroom product and training while identifying training gaps to help improve business development skills
  • Integrate advanced technology into capacity building programs
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
  • Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 5+ years in an advanced management role (preference is given to those with program management experience)
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Proven experience managing a team.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing
  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Previous stakeholder management skills
  • Proven proposal writing experience
