 Background:

Accountable for CSI & Communication Manager   to create engaging content for a company's social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
  • Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
  • Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content
  • Optimizes content following search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
  • Assists brand communication team with large projects, events, and community management
  • Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
  • Assists social media management with large projects, events, and community management
  • Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
  • Works with brand team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy
  • Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
  • Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
  • To be fully accountable for the quality, accuracy timeliness and effectiveness of reports, and KPI’s.
  • Responsible for the security, Confidentiality & Integrity, of all information assets within his/her responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Information Security Policies

 


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital marketing or Multimedia or Business Administration or any relevant discipline
  • MBA is an addition.
  • Any other certificates in the field of (Marketing Business Plans, Marketing strategies, new product development, Allocation of budgets, leading tracking studies & quantitative / qualitative research managing budgets).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant role   
  • Experience in developing business processes, SLA’s, KPI’s and business rules
  • In depth experience in social media platforms and digital marketing and how can be deployed according to Morouj business needs
