 Duties and responsibilities:

As the Office Manager, you will be tasked with ensuring the office environment is enjoyable and productive, everything is organised and there is effective communication right across the company.
You’ll be a key member of the team, will be responsible for the day-to-day people and performance management of a the team and will also oversee incoming and outgoing communications of Apex.

Supporting the organisation in providing an outstanding service to our clients, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls and emails.
  • Monitor day-to-day HR functions such as sickness and absence.
  • Promote a healthy, positive environment.
  • Make sure clients are placed at the heart of the business.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide feedback and support.
  • Undertake recruitment of new staff and manage the induction process.
  • Assist the MD and CEO in managing appointments, emails and meetings.
  • Monitor the inventory of office supplies and purchase new materials as required.
  • Manage facilities issues.

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • At least two years’ experience in an office manager role with exposure to HR and recruitment activity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • To be customer service orientated
  • To be solution focused and a creative thinker
  • Bachelors Degree in Business administration or equivalent.
