A leadin gcompany in Automotive industry looking for a qualified candidate with Management or relevant engineering degree.

Plan, monitor and develop parts sales in order to achieve sales targets & Customers satisfaction.

• Target Monitoring

Monitor, record, evaluate & control the sales target in order to ensure that it’s in line with budget.

• Key customers handling
  Handle tendering for key & VIP customers and support the area distributors to ensure their satisfaction and however increase sales.

•   Parts team development
  Coach, motivate and develop the parts team in order to share, exchange knowledge & deliver optimal performance.

• Reporting

Prepares various reports on both sales and inventory dimensions and communicate timely to the appropriate staff as needed. 

• Monitor lost sales record

Monitor, report lost sales and recommend the appropriate counteractions.

• Inventory procedures

Implements the appropriate inventory procedures that ensures outstanding performance.

• Service rate trends 

Forecasts and identifies trends to maintain current and appropriate levels of inventory and on order to ensure high service rate.

• Ordering budget plan

Prepare ordering budget plan to ensure  that stock orders values within the set financial budget on monthly basis

• Targeted stock months.

Ensures all branch stock is rotated and determines reorder points in order to meet targeted stock months.

• Projects support

Assists in projects as needed by the Parts Manager

• KPIs

To meet the monthly management KPI’s

• Any other duties assigned by management

6 Years+ in Spare parts operation.
