Background: The Partnership Officer role is to help weave collaborative and supportive relations that enable CARE to effectively full fill its mission and specific objectives. s/he will identify and nurture such relations focusing primarily on funding, program development and communications. The partnership Officer will work closely with Program Development Quality Coordinator (PDQC) and Program director to support the review, development and implementation of the CARE Partnership strategy
